Glimsora Customer Support & Policies

At Glimsora, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our premium cleaning solutions. Should you encounter any concerns regarding shipping or product performance, our support team is ready to promptly assist you.

To facilitate efficient support and avoid delivery complications, please ensure your complete and accurate address details are provided. Incomplete information may result in undeliverable packages and an inability to process your request.

RETURN POLICY

Unsatisfactory Purchases
If you are not completely satisfied with your Glimsora product, you may initiate a return within 90 days of the delivery date. To qualify, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact and no signs of wear. Unless the return is a result of a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for the associated return shipping costs. 

Important Note: Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your Glimsora cleaning product arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing flaw, please notify us without delay. For expedited service, contact cs@glimsora.com and attach clear photographs of the issue. The most effective images display the product on a flat surface, with the label and the specific defect plainly visible. Upon confirmation, we will dispatch a replacement to you; it is generally unnecessary to return the original item. Your feedback is invaluable for enhancing our future product quality.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Pre-Shipment Cancellations
To cancel an order that has not yet been processed for dispatch, please contact us at cs@glimsora.com. For swift handling, kindly include your order number.  A cancellation fee of $0.50 applies to all canceled orders, as our payment processor charges this fee irrespective of timing. 

Post-Shipment Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot recall the package in transit. If you wish to cancel at this stage, please contact us and decline acceptance of the delivery upon arrival. Your refund, minus the original shipping charges, will be processed once the return transit is initiated by the carrier.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Our warranty is applicable exclusively to defects in material and workmanship for our cleaning products. This warranty expressly does not cover:

Damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or improper use.

Natural wear and tear from regular use.

Fading or material degradation due to sun exposure or use of non-recommended chemicals.

Any product that has been altered, repaired, or modified by the user.

Critical Hygiene Notice: For safety and hygiene reasons related to our cleaning products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been exposed to liquids or used, except in cases of a pre-use manufacturing defect.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are considered under the following specific conditions:

Criteria for a Full Refund:

If the product is entirely non-functional upon arrival and a replacement is not viable.

If delivery is not completed within 90 business days (for destinations in South America) from the order date.

Processing Information: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For credit/debit cards, refunds are typically sent to your bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving the return.

Return Shipping Charges:
Customers are accountable for the cost of returning an item, except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any applicable return shipping fees will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Reporting Damaged or Substandard Products:
As indicated above, please reach out to cs@glimsora.com with clear photographic evidence of the problem for the most efficient support.

ORDER TIMELINES & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES


The number of days to cancel an order: 3days
The number of days to Order Cancellation Processing Time: 5days.

Return Shipping Responsibility: If a return is initiated by the customer for reasons unrelated to a product defect or our error, the customer assumes the return shipping costs as determined by the chosen courier service. Returns necessitated by damage or incorrect shipment from Glimsora will not incur any return shipping fees for the customer.
